looks like it's been pretty quiet on here , Tony . where y' been ? been spending the winter on fridgid New England coast , but have been enjoying , my new favorite bevy called ," North America" : agave , apple & maple . Mexico , U.S & Canada . 1 Tsp 100% Canadian Maple Syrup 2 oz 100% Blue Agave 4 oz 100% Apple juice from the U.S. ~ dissolve maple in agave add juice & ice OR 2 oz apple , shake & strain
